That’s why today I want to give you 5 quick wins you can lock in this week — no extra hours, no extra stress — just practical moves that will compound over time.

Here they are:

🔹 1. Ask one clinical question each day.
Next time a script crosses your hands, pause.

Even if it’s simple.

"Why this dose?"

"What’s the key counseling point?"

One small question per day builds MASSIVE clinical thinking skills over time.

🔹 2. Offer to help with the dispensary stocktake.
It’s not glamorous, but understanding stock, expiries, and ordering is a superpower that new pharmacists often struggle with. 

You’ll stand out if you start learning now.

🔹 3. Choose one OTC category to review.
This week: maybe Cold & Flu.

Next week: Allergy. 10 minutes a day.

Knowing OTC inside and out makes you indispensable on the floor.

🔹 4. Write down one “lesson learned” at the end of each shift.
Doesn’t have to be fancy.

A mistake, a tip, something you saw a senior pharmacist do.

Over a few weeks, you’ll build your own personal "intern survival guide."

🔹 5. Introduce yourself to the regular reps.
Pharmaceutical reps aren’t just there to drop off stock — they’re a hidden source of knowledge, opportunities, and networking.

A simple "Hi, I’m Paul, intern here!" can open doors.
