By who? You may be wondering!

Well I GLAD you asked, as you will start seeing the AMAZING works of some of the best and brightest people in pharmacy.

Each week you will have carefully curated content from various people from all corners of the pharmaceutical and healthcare system in Australia!

1️⃣Catherine Nguyen

Catherine is an AHPRA registered clinical pharmacist with a strong focus on public health, health policy, and health education, aiming to foster collaboration between NGOs, charities, and government organisations to achieve equitable access to healthcare in line with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.

She is actively involved in various voluntary roles, including serving as a consumer advisor for Monash Health, a peer support volunteer, and a Pharmacy Board Examiner, and recently completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment while participating in government inquiries.

2️⃣Callen Pereira

Described as committed, adaptable, and dependable, she excels in challenging environments, driven by a passion for leadership and team empowerment.

With extensive executive experience across the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry in the Asia-Pacific region, she specialises in optimising processes, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring high staff morale through a culture of appreciation.

Callen’s expertise lies in overseeing change management, marketing, sales, operations, regulatory compliance, and IT, contributing to organisational success.

3️⃣ Simon Rudderham

Simon is a client-focused, performance-driven professional with over 13 years of leadership experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.

He excels in leading at various levels, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of fostering business growth, while bringing a strong business acumen and a commitment to adding value to any organisation.

4️⃣David Narvaez

David is a passionate science student pursuing a career in Pharmacy, with a major in pharmacology and minors in immunology and biochemistry.

He has diverse experience in retail, customer service, and stock management, currently working as a pharmacy assistant and tutor to deepen his understanding of multidisciplinary teams and enhance his communication skills within the healthcare industry.

5️⃣Mohammad Iman Rahmaty

Mohammad is a confident and hardworking Pharmacist with extensive experience in pharmacy, medical research, and mentorship.

He brings strong communication and leadership skills to the pharmacy industry, demonstrated through his management of clinical problem-solving tasks, development of clinical placements and internship programs, creation of effective advertising strategies, and commitment to training and mentoring junior colleagues, all while focusing on continuous professional development and excellence.
